Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is Free on all orders shipped to a US address. We ship exclusively within the United States (including all 50 states). Canada orders - shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best method for your location and order.
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days excluding international orders after processing.
Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal demand.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
Damages
The Turquoise Divas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, because we insure all packages, if your order arrives damaged, please:
